Launch of the INS Québec Scholarship for Emerging Women in Sport Sciences
To mark the 20th anniversary of the Gala, INS Québec and Égale Action have partnered to launch the INS Québec Scholarship for Emerging Women in Sport Sciences. This annual scholarship aims to support and recognize a woman under the age of 35 whose work and achievements are making a tangible impact in the advancement of sport sciences or sports medicine in Québec.
“This partnership reflects our desire to support the next generation of scientists and to increase the presence of women in fields where they remain underrepresented,” said Roger Archambault, Vice President, Performance Services at INS Québec.
The Gala Femmes d’influence en sport au Québec will take place on May 28, 2025, at the Grande Bibliothèque in Montréal, celebrating inspiring women and organizations working toward a more equitable sport system at every level.
